Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quote and/or deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom Fabrication Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our fabrication services, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

📦 Standard Products

For non-custom items (e.g., accessories, or pre-fabricated components), we accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear..

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change-of-mind on custom orders
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Orders returned without prior
